Capacities at Delphique:

• Delphique utilises a total capacity of 10 Lasser multi- needle micro processor controlled embroidery machines.
• Annually, the total output is approximately 2.3 million yards on different kinds of fabrics and embroideries.

 

Product Development:

• All Design Developments take place in house, to maintain exclusivity and integrity.
• Advanced softwares like L Punch and Wilcom are used by our designers to create world-class embroideries.
• On line support systems are maintained to incorporate feedbacks and suggestions regularly.

 

Technique:

• All embroideries are done on the state-of-the-art Lasser Computerised Shuttle Embroidery machines.
• High capacity shearing machine from Hämmerle Ges.m.b.H & Co. is used for finishing.
• Shearing machine is equipped with metal detectors.
• In- house scallop cutting machines.
